Rough Copy Deadline - All rough copy, photos, logos, etc. due
by this date. Due to type setting and layout crunches we prefer receiving
copy as soon as possible.
Logo Envelope Deadline - Client's agreement must be submitted
by 5:00 p.m. on this date in order for logos to be included on the
outside of our envelopes. Clients not committed to mail by this date
will not have their logo included on the envelope.
Deadline $ Balance Due - All proofs approved and final copy
submitted for printing and mailing. Client supplied pieces are also
due by this date. We can accept rough copy up to this date if our
schedule permits.
Enter Mail - Mailings are produced by our supplier in Arizona.
After production the pieces are entered into the postal system and
trucked directly to the local Post Office Sectional Center Facility
(SCF) in Huntsville/Madison.
Samples/Proof of Mailing (POM) - After the mailing is placed
into the Postal System, samples and proof of mailing are Federal Expressed
for next day delivery. We will deliver samples and proof of mailing
to you either this date or the next business day.
At Local SCF - Pieces arrive by truck at the local Post Office
Sectional Center Facility (SCF) on Madison Blvd. in Madison and are
delivered to each regional post office that same morning.
In Homes* - Most envelopes will start being delivered on this
date and the balance the next day.
* Mail dates are approximate and are based on production,
trucking, and postal delivery. We have been on time for 23 years,
but there is such a thing as acts of God.
